Teachers can get more out of their time off without losing any of the freedom or fun.

You like the creative challenge and meaningful connection of your work.

But the parents, policies, and politics? - Yeah, you’re not a fan.

As a teacher, you’re overrun with constant changes and never-ending pressures.

If you’re overthinking, exhausted, cynical, and frustrated - Those are signs that your brain is not a fan either, and it’s putting you on notice!

Teachers aren’t given much time to recharge their motivation and energy - so you’d better be intentional with your off-time.

Instead of ignoring the problem or fighting guilt over how long it takes you to get out of bed…

What if you stopped your self-care chaos by strategically using what you already enjoy?

Use your off-time intentionally without losing any of the freedom or fun!

Who’s Throwing This Party?

Jenn Horton understands the unique psychological and personal pressures that teachers face. With a background in social work, psychotherapy, community education, gaming, and sword choreography - she turns dry professional development into engaging adventures.

Her work with Dull Made Daring has been featured by the University of Texas/San Antonio, Games for Change Türkiye, and the Alabama Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

The party starts on Friday July 11, 2025 at 11:30 am Central.

Registration closes at midnight June 29, 2025.

We’re keeping things casual! You’re free to pop in and out as needed, and you’ll receive a link to a recording of the live event as a part of your registration.

That means you don’t have to worry about stepping out to help the kids, and you don’t have to be present to view, follow along, and get the benefits of everything we do. You’ll be able to view (and re-view) the recording anytime.
